Wendi Archambault started Trailhead Cookie Co.in her Arvada homewith a simple idea and a borrowed mixer in October 2024—as a fundraiser for her son’s youth hockey team and a way to support local sports. Wendi now bakes in a commercial kitchen, and continues to support local sports with her family run business. She makes freshly baked, mountain-inspired half-pound gourmet cookies using real ingredients and flavors named after favorite local places, bringing a taste of adventure and community to every bite. Each cookie is named after a place her family loves in Colorado, rooted in memories, trails, and destinations that inspire their flavors and spirit.
