EPOP is CU Boulder’s student-powered sustainable pop-up shop. Environmental Product Design students transform waste into a limited-edition collection launched each November. In one semester, students source local waste streams, design and manufacture a new product, and sell it directly to the community—turning sustainability into a visible, public-facing practice.
