Raised in Italy by an Italian mother and American father, Laura has been cooking since she could climb a chair to reach the counter at her nonna's side. Today she channels that lifelong passion into hands-on vegan Italian cooking, where every recipe is built on authentic flavor and made entirely from plants. Her jar tiramisu was accepted by NudeFoods, Leever's locavore and Lucky's (Boulder location) and will be carried in those stores very soon!
