Uncle Tim's was born out of San Francisco's vibrant bar scene circa 2008, when founders Tim Felkner and Patrick Stern became obsessed with the unique flavors coming out of the city's best restaurants and cocktail bars. A decade of recipe refinement later, they bottled that spirit so you can share it with the people you love.
