Peak State was founded by outdoor athlete and environmental conservationist Danny Walsh, who turned to foraged chaga mushroom to heal his own gut and stress issues and couldn't stop thinking about how to share those benefits with others. Dissatisfied with the taste of existing mushroom coffees, he developed a whole bean infusion method that delivers adaptogens without sacrificing flavor, creating what is now the world's first whole bean coffee with adaptogenic mushrooms. Peak State sources sustainable beans, donates 1% of sales to environmental conservation, and is a certified B Corporation.
