About
MisoHeat is a Denver-made umami-packed, spicy miso condiment and ingredient. It was born from a 2018 trip through Japan, when private chef Curtis Bell recreated a spicy ramen condiment from Sapporo for a dinner party — and the guests went wild. What started as a jar passed among friends debuted at markets in late 2019, survived a pandemic launch, and has since grown into a nationally shipped product now carried in Whole Foods across the Rocky Mountain region, manufactured in MisoHeat's own Denver kitchen.
