Emily Knight is a Colorado-based artist and Denver Public Schools art educator whose landscape paintings explore the relationship between land and sky as a meditation on the human experience, dreams, memory, and the space between who we were and who we are becoming. Drawing from travels through Colorado and the Southwest, her work renders the beauty and hardship of being human through vast horizons, bending rivers, and layered textures of earth.
