Lindsey launched Send Flours Baking Co. in 2020 after a layoff gave her the time to develop her own cookie dough recipes, a passion sparked years earlier by a father who couldn't stop requesting refills of her homemade frozen dough. Each flavor is crafted with its own distinct dough type and ratios, rooted in the belief that a warm cookie is the closest thing to a hug you can send.
